H&K International, Inc. began using Blackall Mechanical, Inc. in January 2016 for our Preventive
Maintenance HVAC service.

We have just completed two years with them and the consistent PM service on our HVAC units has
reduced our issues with the units as well as the repair costs overall. There is a noticeable difference in
the number of repair visits from our previous HVAC Company to having Blackall perform PM work.

Preventive Maintenance is a great way to save your equipment and save you money in the long run.
We will continue to use Blackall Mechanical, Inc. for our PM work!
